About the Role
We are looking for a Vendor Replenishment Planner/Account Executive to join the Lindt team based in our Melbourne office in Chadstone. This role plays a pivotal link between Lindt and Coles Replenishment / Inventory team working closely with the Customer Service, Demand and Supply Planning team and is actively involved in the Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure full alignment and transparency between all relevant stakeholders. The role includes full ownership of some specific account administrative tasks to support the Coles NAMs.
Key Responsibilities
- Key stakeholder responsible for the management of all Coles supply chain related matters & relationships within the Coles and Lindt business
- Lead the fortnightly Lindt / Coles Collaborative forecast meetings, including preparation of relevant materials for discussion.
- Coordination with Lindt Supply Chain and Customer Service Team.
- Support the monthly internal forecast review meetings to help ensure a robust forecast and help ensure continuity of supply.
- Manage the replenishment function for Coles, including placing orders and monitoring automated orders generated by the Coles system.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure constant supply & achievement of inventory and service level targets
- Reviewing promotional and baseline demand forecasts for the range of products supplied to Coles.
- Assist with processing of claims and updating Promax promotional entries.
- Assist with promotional planning, Clash Calendar Management and Promotional Evaluation and effectiveness.
- Provide New Line performance reviews at 5 weeks and 13 weeks post launch.
- Preparation of Coles promotional advice forms for all categories
- Operate as team lead for all Lindt Field Team Comms relating to Coles.
What You Will Bring
- Tertiary Qualifications in a business-related discipline
- High level of motivation, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and at pace
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and strong MS Office Skills including Power Point. Skills in IRI, Circana (or similar), SAP and BW highly regarded
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
