About the Role 

At Lindt, we believe great people experiences drive great business outcomes. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and play a pivotal role in shaping leadership capability, organisational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture across the business. 

This is a true partnering role, suited to someone who thrives on influencing leaders, navigating complexity and change, and translating people strategy into practical, commercial outcomes. 

Working closely with functional leadership teams, you will provide hands on strategic advice and operational support across key priorities including leadership development, team effectiveness, talent management, organisational design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives. 

Key Areas of Impact 

  • Strategic partnering: Develop a deep understanding of the people and business landscape. Partner closely with leaders to design and execute people plans that support the development of high performing, engaged teams. 
  • Talent & performance management: Design and deliver talent planning activities, including identifying high potential talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans. Foster a learning culture that supports on the job development, and leverage coaching capabilities to support managers and employees through development and performance conversations. 
  • Organisational development & design: Collaborate with leaders to understand current and future business goals and trends impacting workforce needs. Proactively drive people strategy through workforce planning, organisational design, and structural initiatives. 
  • Culture, engagement & capability: Lead and support culture and engagement initiatives while coaching senior leaders to build capability and leadership effectiveness. 
  • Change leadership: Support organisational change initiatives and cultural transformation, ensuring leaders are well equipped to lead change effectively. 
  • Employee relations: Coach and advise leaders on complex employee relations matters, providing balanced, pragmatic, and compliant solutions. 
  • Recruitment partnership: Ensure hiring strategies align with business  
  • Compensation & benefits: Advise on local and global compensation initiatives, interpreting internal frameworks and external market data to identify trends and provide insights. 
  • Special projects: Lead or contribute to cross functional and strategic projects as required. 

What You Will Bring 

  • A commercially minded HR professional who builds credibility quickly and operates confidently at both strategic and operational levels 
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role 
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching capability 
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change and people initiatives 
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity in a fastmoving environment 
  • A collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions focused mindset 
  • Experience working in system enabled HR environments (e.g. Workday or similar) and contributing to HR projects will be highly regarded
