To enhance our brand experience, we operate Lindt Chocolate Cafes and Lindt Chocolate Shops to deliver the ultimate sensory and indulgent chocolate experience. We are recruiting now for a Lindt ambassador to lead our brand new Retail Team towards success.

The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager, You will actively support and oversee the operations of the business to ensure an exceptional and delightful customer experience and business objectives are achieved.

The Person

• Passionately customer focused, with the willingness to provide an atmosphere for the team where customer satisfaction is the number one priority. This is to be achieved through Lindt service standards and interactions that see customers leave the store with a chocolate smile and a bag full of Lindt enjoyment.
• Demonstrated previous Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail / hospitality environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion.
• An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales.
• Sound understanding of inventory management, with a flair for merchandising and presenting the store to create sensory delights.
• You have an organised approach, managing daily administration tasks in a timely manner allowing you to analyse, respond and drive your business.
• Delegating whilst been actively hands on.
• You build a strong rapport with your team and other levels of management and have the ability to work autonomously.
