About the Role:

We're in search of enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who are ready to weave enchantment through our Retail stores and take the world by storm with the magical fusion of Chocolate and Coffee.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Lindt Ambassadors to spread the word about the wonders of Lindt by:

• Supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience.
• Coaching new employees in how to educate and inform customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge.
• Visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
• Assist in developing and leading the team to future successes

What we would like you to bring:

• Demonstrated previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment where you have managed your tasks with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion.
• Previous Barista experience desriable
• A passion to Enchant the World with Chocolate
• An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales.
• Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.
• Strong rapport building abilities to assist to lead and coach a team of Lindt Ambassadors
