About the role:

We are on the hunt for an Integrated Supply Planner with Account Executive responsibilities who possesses a genuine passion for building and nurturing strong relationships within our Woolworths portfolio.

In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the vital link between Lindt and Woolworths, ensuring optimal product availability through efficient replenishment planning and execution. Leading supply planning for Woolworths, you'll oversee daily ordering processes, communicate service risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues. Your expertise will also support Woolworths' baseline and promotional sales requirements, while coordinating with the account team, providing data analysis, and facilitating communication across Lindt.

We’re looking for an individual who embraces challenging the status quo, and with a curious mindset, explores unique and innovative strategies to enhance our presence within Woolworths.

What you will bring:

  • We’re seeking someone with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, with particular strength in Excel, along with strong data analysis capability;
  • Prior experience within an Account Executive, Field Sales or Supply Planning role from within an FMCG environment would be highly regarded, but is not essential;
  • You will have excellent time management and planning skills, with resilience in the face of competing pressures and priorities;
  • With a customer centric mindset, you will have sound interpersonal and communication skills to enable you to engage with a variety of people across Lindt and within the customer’s business;
  • A passion for innovation and problem solving, with proactivity to act and take responsibility will round out your suitability for this role; and
  • Willingness to be based at the customer’s site in Bella Vista one day per week, or as required.
