About the Role 

We are looking for the National Field Operations Manager role, a Senior Leader role within the Sales team, reporting to the Sales Director. You will have responsibility for over 150 highly engaged employees, executing and operationalising our Strategic pillar (Winning Field Force). A few highlights on what this role will look like for you:

 

  • Leading and Supporting the National Field Team, engaging cross functionally to bring our plans to life, ensuring the Safety and wellbeing of our Field Force.
  • Bringing Perfect Store principles to life (through your team) across our retail partners in the Grocery channel.
  • Ownership and implementation of the ‘Winning Field Force’ strategic pillar, including the exciting Development and implementation of a new CRM platform.
  • Delivering plans to amplify our major Seasonal program including Easter with the iconic Gold Bunny and Christmas with our specific high impact portfolio.

About You

  • You have the ability to translate Strategy into Operational actions and outcomes.
  • Have exceptional people leadership capability and a gift for coaching others and building trust with stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong organisational and relationship building skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent systems skills and an intimacy with CRM tools (including experience leading system enhancements and/or implementation), with exposure to AI solutions in Field applications a Distinct advantage.
  • Competency across Circana, Nielsen, and Field Management systems.
  • Experience in constructive conflict management and resolution.
  • Change management capability, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and lead others through change.
