About the Role 

We are looking for a highly skilled person to drive the commercialisation of the ANZ Category Growth Strategy by developing and executing commercial outcomes that drive category growth. The role will lead the category conversation with key customers in the chocolate confectionery market, applying deep category and shopper insight to evolving market dynamics, enabling customer‑centric solutions and delivering sustainable premium growth.

About You

• You have the expertise at a senior category level and able to turn insights into action.
• Demonstrated experience working with retailers and delivering positive outcomes.
• Able to develop and execute strategic initiatives at the customer and channel level.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to prioritise decisions for solutions across business processes.
• High levels of computer literacy, and proficiency with Circana, Quantium and Advanced Excel
• Extensive experience producing clear and concise reports to a broad group of stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to represent & lead the category/shopper perspective in a dynamic and fast paced cross functional working environment.
