About the role

As a Retail Store Team Member, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:

• Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
• Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar

• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all

We are looking for individuals who:

• Has a genuine love for Lindt Chocolate and delights in sharing that passion
• Brings warmth, personality, and heart to every customer interaction
• Strives for excellence and is committed to delivering a memorable Lindt experience
• Previous barista experience is desirable 
• Is eager to grow a career in retail and be part of a premium brand
