We are recruiting now for our Sylvia Park New Zealand Lindt team made up of energetic, diverse, vibrant individuals to help us Enchant the World with Chocolate.
About the role
As a Full time Retail Team Member, you will enchant the world with chocolate by providing a unique Lindt experience through;
• Preparing customer hot & cold drinks and Ice cream orders at our chocolate bar
• Moving with a sense of urgency in a high energy, high volume and fast paced environment as you serve customers between the chocolate bar, point of sale and retail floor
• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a premium environment, through actively restocking, cleaning and adhering to WHS and quality compliance
• Part time and Casual positions available Monday to Sunday, flexible hours
We are looking for individuals who:
• Love Chocolate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality, retail or customer service environment
• Have a passion for excellence and confidently approach and provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience including
• Previous barista experience desirable, however not necessary
• Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends and public holidays
