We are recruiting now for a Lindt leadership ambassador to lead our team to unchartered heights of success.

The Position

As Store Manager, you lead, support and coach your team with a collaborative approach. Actively support and oversee the operations of the business to ensure an exceptional and delightful customer experience and business objectives are achieved.

The Person

• Enjoy working for a Global Brand, you have a sound understanding of what excellence looks like within a premium brand to employees and customers
• Demonstrated previous Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm, professionalism and passion
• Regularly delivering, receiving, and encouraging proactive and open feedback on performance, ideas and innovation  
• Entrepreneurial flair with a commitment to responsibility
• Experience in preparing rosters within budgets, sealing efficiencies
• Strong business acumen; interpreting and responding to profit and loss reports
• The ability to achieve through your team
• Confident with Microsoft office programs and IT systems
• Sound understanding of inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocktaking
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, respecting the expectations of consumers when entering a global brand experience
• Creating a great place to work – safe, professional, encouraged, informed and fun
• A well organised approach, managing daily administration tasks in a timely manner allowing you to analyse, respond and drive your business.
• Delegating whilst been actively hands on
• You build a strong rapport with your team and other levels of management and have the ability to work autonomously.
