The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and overseeing store operations. Your focus will be to deliver an exceptional and memorable customer experience while ensuring business objectives are consistently achieved.

The Person

We are seeking someone who brings:

• Proven leadership experience within a retail environment, demonstrating clear communication, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for developing others
• Experience preparing rosters and managing labour budgets effectively
• A strong ability to build local community engagement and drive repeat sales
• Confidence using Microsoft Office programs and various IT systems
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocktaking, and a flair for merchandising
• An organised and proactive approach to daily administration, enabling you to analyse performance, respond quickly, and drive results
• The ability to delegate effectively while remaining hands‑on and engaged
• A natural talent for building strong rapport with your team and management, along with the confidence to work autonomously
