We seek a Retail store leader who builds strong connections and has a preference and passion to work with a premium international brand.

We require individuals to commence on 16 February 2026 in readiness for the centre and our Lindt store grand opening in early March 2026.

About the Role:

As our Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Chocolate Ambassadors by:

• Supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique chocolate experience.
• Delegating, coaching and leading employees on their daily operations, service and collaboration
• Assisting with roster and budget management
• Leading from the front with passion and expertise with customers on product knowledge and preparation
• Deploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
• Assisting in developing and leading the team to future successes

What we would like you to bring:

• Demonstrated previous customer service experience in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with enthusiasm and passion
• Previous Barista experience desirable
• An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales and loyalty
• Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.
• Strong rapport building abilities
• Able to lead and coach a team of Chocolate Ambassadors
