About the role:
We’re looking for energetic, vibrant individuals to help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate within our Grocery Channel (Woolworths, Coles, Independents).
As a Merchandiser, you will support the Field Sales team in spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:
- Building strong relationships with our customers in a designated territory
- Building POS (bins), to display Lindt products.
- Merchandising Lindt products at shelf e.g. Facing up, ticketing, investigating out of stocks and stocking shelves
- Stock rotation / cleaning / maintenance
- Identifying in-store display opportunities to drive increased brand exposure and sales volumes.
- Supporting your Area Manager with Preselling of the plan and negotiation of display locations
- Recording promotional compliance through CRM system
- Executing merchandising standards of excellence
- Reporting back on store and consumer insights
Put simply, our Merchandisers ensure we get noticed and that our chocolate is front and centre – available for all to enjoy!

What you will bring:
- Previous grocery retail experience, ideally as a sales merchandiser or representative
- Confident and able to work autonomously
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to productively plan and organise your working week
- Don’t mind getting some exercise in your day, whilst moving stock and building displays
- Ability to utilise an iPad (supplied) and associated software and apps
- Prior experience applying effective manual handling techniques
- A current "full" driver's license and vehicle.
