Lindt Australia is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Digital Assistant to join our dynamic team. About the Role
As our Marketing & Digital Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the marketing team and facilitating digital marketing & omni-channel activities. Your work will help us deliver on our sales, market share, and profit targets, while ensuring our brand shines across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
- Project Coordination: Manage and execute artwork updates for new and existing products, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Content & Digital Management: Lead the implementation of consistent and accurate brand content across the Lindt website, eCommerce platforms, and social media. Maintain our product information management systems and champion content management tools.
- Social Media & Community: Own the organic social calendar for Australia and New Zealand, coordinate content with brand teams and our Master Chocolatier, and manage social community engagement
- Marketing Support: Assist with competitor and product reporting, support marketing communications and activations, and help coordinate meetings and presentations with agency partners.
- General Administration: Handle ad hoc artwork requests, manage sample orders and couriers, maintain the marketing sample room, and support the team with various administrative tasks.
- Health, Safety & Culture: Uphold Lindt’s high standards for safety, inclusivity, and workplace respect, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and proven project management skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in FMCG, marketing, or sales administration is highly regarded.
- Digital marketing experience, especially in social community management and content creation, is a plus.
- A degree in Business or Commerce (with a major in Marketing) is desirable but not essential.
- A team player who is organized, trustworthy, customer-focused, and eager to grow.
