Whether you’re coordinating the Executive Committee team’s schedules, managing communications, or providing essential administrative support, you’ll play an integral role in helping us create the ultimate chocolate experience for the world.

 

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant for a 9-month contract to support our EC (Executive Committee) team, with primary support to our CEO. This critical role has one direct report, and will be responsible for managing complex calendars, arranging meetings and travel, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support. You will be an essential part of the team, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the EC team to focus on driving the business forward.

 

As an Executive Assistant at Lindt, you’ll need to be highly organised, adaptable, and possess exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and support the EC team in making strategic decisions. Your ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities will be key to your success.

 

What you will bring:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting an EC or senior leadership team

• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Excel and PowerPoint

• A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work independently, with a high level of confidence and trust

• Personality and fun, with a high care for others

• A degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus, but not essential
