About the Role:
To help us spread the word about the wonders of Lindt, we are striving for a curious Assistant Brand Manager to join our Lindt Marketing ANZ team, reporting to the Brand Manager. You will support the development and execution of brand strategies to deliver business objectives and consumer goals across the portfolio.
This is a fast-paced role with lots of opportunities to grow and develop your career. You will be involved in media, activations, NPD and portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of brand campaigns across all touch points
- Assist in the development of brand strategy
- Assist in the development and execution of locally led NPD- identified through consumer, commercial and industry understanding.
- Manage content creation for online (OCR and social)
- Project manage 2 year rolling NPD including product scoping, product set up, P&L management, artwork design and execution
- Collaborate with sales colleagues on preparing customer presentations and initiatives
- Support the ongoing tracking of our own and competitor activity
- Prepare scan data reports, IRI experience highly regarded
- Manage the A&P budget and invoice processing
What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business/Commerce
- 1-2 years experience in Marketing in a similar role with strong product and project management experience.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Exposure to marketing in a FMCG environment highly regarded or consumer goods industry with experience of high volume of products.
- Independent, organised and autonomous self-starter.
- Strong communication skills – being clear, convincing, and constructive. Confidence to present to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Excellent time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising)
- Competent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
