We are recruiting now for a Lindt ambassador to lead our Retail Team towards success.

The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager, You will actively support and oversee the operations of the business to ensure an exceptional and delightful customer experience and business objectives are achieved.

The Person

• Demonstrated previous Leadership experience in a retail environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion
• Previous Barista experience desirable 
• An ability to grow your local community and drive customer loyalty
• Confident with Microsoft office programs and IT systems
• Sound understanding of inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocktaking, with a flare for visual merchandising
• Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines 
• You build a strong rapport with your team and other levels of management
