About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Lindt Australia.

The IT Infrastructure Manager ensures the effective delivery and ongoing operation of IT infrastructure services to support business functions.  This role is responsible for managing the provision, operation, and maintenance of core infrastructure systems—including network, servers, storage, and telephony.

It is accountable for delivering IT infrastructure services such as server and network provisioning, daily incident and problem management, cybersecurity policy implementation, and backup and disaster recovery services.

The holder of this role will champion the transition and adoption of cloud infrastructure technology in the organisation.

What you will bring

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Intimate knowledge of leading IT service delivery practices, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft server management (HyperV)
  • Deep understanding of network design, implementation, and management (. firewalls, switch, router, SD-WAN, LAN, VLANs, VPN, VOIP).
  • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a wide variety of technical disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and diplomatic, with strong conflict resolution skills.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in a similar role for a medium-sized business or local subsidiary of a European multinational company with retail operations.
  • Managing, implementing, and supporting hybrid infrastructure, including servers (Hyper-V), networking equipment, data storage, backup solutions, VOIP/telephony, UPS.
  • Demonstrated experience in Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, O365, SharePoint, Outlook.
  • Designing and implementing cloud migration and operations.
  • Established leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors.

Education / Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualified in IT or related field (Desirable).
  • Microsoft Azure certified (Administrator, Solutions Architect, Security or related) (Desirable).
  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent (Desirable).
  • ITIL qualified to minimum and current foundation level (Desirable).
  • Project Management certified (PMP / PRINCE2) (Desirable).
  • CISSP / CyberEssentials (Desirable)
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) (Desirable)

  • Must be willing to have flexible working hours for meetings outside of normal business hours with overseas stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel within Australia and to APAC Region where required.
  • Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
