About the Role:

We're striving for a unique and vibrant People & Culture Coordinator who thrives on playing a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture, while supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.

As our P&C Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds our team together. From recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and development, you'll play a crucial role in creating a workplace that's both productive and fun.

But don't worry, it's not all work and no play! We believe in having fun at work and our team is full of quirky, fun-loving individuals who know how to let their hair down, celebrating our wins and having a good time while doing it.

What you will bring:

• Strong organisational skills to manage employee records, compliance checks, and contract tracking.
• Ability to support HR BP with recruitment, offer generation, contract variations, and probation reviews.
• Previous content creation using Articulate or similar
• Social media content creation highly desirable i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
• The ability to pivot quickly as the needs of the business change
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Branding, and Internal & External facing EVP
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
• Strong time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising)
• Strong communication skills - being clear, concise and constructive.
