Human Resource Coordinator
- NSW - Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
- Salaried Full Time
About Us
Step into the world of Lindt, where tradition meets innovation and excellence is at the heart of everything we do. With over 500 passionate employees across Australia, we’re proud of our rich heritage, but even more excited about where we’re headed.
We believe our people are the key ingredient in our success. That’s why we’ve created an environment where ideas are encouraged, relationships are valued, and every individual has the opportunity to make a real impact. Together, we’re on a journey to shape the future of Lindt – and enchant the world with chocolate.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our close-knit and collaborative HR team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being part of a fast-paced team, and is passionate about creating a seamless and positive employee experience.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to contracts, compliance, and employee communications. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and people-first approach will help ensure our HR operations are smooth, efficient and reflective of the premium Lindt experience we’re known for.
Looking ahead, 2025-26 will be an exciting year for our team, with new global systems and HR technology being introduced. You’ll be part of this exciting transformation, helping us transition to new ways of working and ensuring our people are supported every step of the way. It’s a unique opportunity to be involved in meaningful change while continuing to build your HR expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
At Lindt, we work hard, celebrate our wins, and always make time to share a laugh (and maybe a chocolate or two).

-
Creative thinking, with bonus points for content creation (e.g. Articulate, Canva, or similar)
